Selection Criteria For Cadright IT Global Internships

We’re thrilled to announce that the Cadright Africa-Wide IT Internship 2025 has received applications from over 52 talented candidates across the globe — innovators passionate about shaping Africa’s digital future.

From Lagos to Nairobi, Accra to Cape Town, and even beyond Africa’s borders, this response confirms what we believe at Cadright IT: the next generation of builders is ready to create solutions for Africa, from Africa, to the world.

What Happens Next — The Selection Process

To ensure fairness and merit, our selection will run in three transparent stages:

Stage 1 – Entry Exercise (Week 1):

All shortlisted applicants will complete a creative entry exercise designed to assess originality, clarity of thought, and understanding of Africa-focused innovation. (Only submissions received within 48-72 hours will be reviewed.)

Stage 2 – Evaluation & Shortlisting (Week 2):

A review team of Cadright mentors and supervisors will score entries across creativity, technical insight, and alignment with Cadright IT’s mission.
The top-performing candidates will move to interviews.

                                    Stage 3 – Virtual Interviews (Week 3):

Applicants will meet with the Cadright IT team for a brief online chat — a chance to share their interests, collaboration mindset, and personal goals.

Final selections will be announced at the end of the third week, and the official onboarding begins in early November 2025.
